Servant Leadership Conference: Building An Integrated Young Adult Ministry

Goal: to create space that promotes (1) spiritual growth and (2) experiential learning of servant leadership and how it applies to young adult ministry

Approach: employing interactive presentations and group dynamics to facilitate an experiential discovery of the “empowering growth” vision of servant leadership. The “empowering growth” model is about creating space to listen, empower, pray, and imagine anew a sense of community that helps everyone discover and live out their personal vocation & common mission as joyful disciples
