The schedule for a typical weekend trip:

Friday
5:30 pm – Meet in Orange County & carpool together to San Diego
7:30 pm – Arrive at a home in San Diego for orientation and getting to know one another

Saturday
6:30 am – Rise
8 am – Crossing the border into Tijuana
9 am – Work project (house building, cement laying, etc…)
1-4 pm – Lunch with local community members; resting; visiting households
4 pm – Visiting a shelter for migrants
7 pm – Dinner followed by craft and sports activity with local children
10 pm – Sleeping at the secure Community Center in El Florido

Sunday
8:00 am – Mass with the community
8:45 am – Breakfast
10:00 am – Cross the border to San Diego
Visit Friendship Park border & exploring border issues
5:00 pm – Arrive at Orange County meeting place
