What are the School of Servant Leadership Learning Communities?

Small groups that intentionally explore and enflesh the principles of Servant Leadership in their lives through personal study, heartfelt conversations, and meaningful praxis. Each small group consists of 6-8 people and a trained facilitator. Together, they reflect on their individual practice of key habits and prayerfully envision how to more fully live as servant leaders grounded in key resources: The Joy of the Gospel, In the Name of Jesus, & Theology for Ministry

What is expected of me if I join a Learning Community?

Participants of Learning Communities:

  1. meet and share during monthly 2 hour meetings;

  2. reflect on and practice Servant Leadership skill sets (1 hr/wk); and

  3. mutually support fellow group members in fostering a way of life that strives to love & serve as Jesus do.
