PEOPLE OF THE WAY
I found myself in gratitude for the grace of remembering the fragments of my life leading me towards greater wholeness in Him.
THE GIFT OF REMEMBERING
The beauty of the Easter season is the emphasis on remembering the “why” of our faith.
HOPE AMIDST DESPAIR
I’m reminded that no matter what state I’m in, there’s love and joy waiting for me at the other end of my journey.
WOUNDED INTIMACY
Many times I have questioned if the process to discover God’s dream for my life is worth the struggle. I am slowly realizing these struggles are invitations to know Christ’s love for me.
ON THE WAY
I am reminded how God walks with us, stands by us in moments of grief, and delights with us in moments of joy. All we have to do is let ourselves be led.
SEASON OF HOPE
Christ on the Cross reminds us that the battle against sin has been won. God conquered death for love of my heart.
THE DIFFERENCE IN THE RESURRECTION
We all have a story to tell by the way we live. Will it be a story of tragedy or one of hope?
THE IN-BETWEEN PLACE
In this waiting between the Crucifixion and Resurrection, I faced my own darkness and chose to embrace my light.
COME OUT OF YOUR HIDING PLACE
What is it that coils around me, keeping me from freedom? Can I imagine myself giving that to Jesus as I venerate the cross?
COMPLETE JOY
Lent reminded me of the truth that my joy is not complete if I am unable to join Jesus in the darkness as well as the light.
BETRAYAL
Is there anything that I place above God? What do I need to further detach myself from that prevents me from loving and following God completely with all my heart, mind and soul?
KNOWING OURSELVES AS HIS CHILDREN
Jesus knows and loves us, despite our ability (or lack thereof) to act upon our best intentions.
POURED OUT IN LOVE AND GRATITUDE
As we move through Holy Week, we are invited to return to those moments of grace in our lives when Jesus has revealed himself to us in prayer, community, and service.
A CURRENT EVENT
The Passion of Jesus is happening today. The Passion is not a historical account of something that happened 2,000 years ago.
DREAM BIG
I pray that we may see the workings of an infinitely creative God who dreamed up the fantastic reality of creation.
INTIMACY THROUGH SORROW
Heavenly Father, help me learn to lean on you in my moments of sorrow and trust in your love.
WORD OF LIFE
The more I pray and spend time with him, I realize that Jesus is humorous and he loves me so much.
WHY ME? WHY NOT ME?
People undergoing hardship often ask, “Why me?” But just as valid is the question, “Why not me?”
SIMPLY ASK
My prayer for this Lent is that we may receive the grace of awareness of how utterly dependent we are on God and how much He delights in our prayers.
LET GOD CLEAN UP
God knows we are going to make a mess. He loves us anyway. He does ask us to repent, to clean up, but he never asks that we do it alone.
