WKS 1 & 2: Using the guided meditation below, pray 2-3 times to befriend uncomfortable & hard feelings with God.

WK 3: Using the guided prayer (to be uploaded) below, pray 2x on the Gospel about the Gerasene demoniac (Mk 5-17) and practice Ignatian noting, prompted by the questions below.

  1. What surprises you or remains with you?

  2. What is it like to hear Jesus say to you, “There goes your gloom, there goes your anger, your bitterness, your hate, etc.”?

WK 4: Reading any Ignatian noting entries that you may have done. Revisit any insight or experience from the past weeks that you feel drawn to stay with longer. Ask God, “Is there more you want to show me?” & practice Ignatian noting.
