FINDING HOPE
With every breath, I found hope that this will be the new normal.
DOES ORDER MATTER?
The love that flows through me onto my neighbor must come from loving God first.
MIRRORING COMPASSION
If I start with forgiving once, listening once, reaching out once, I’ll be on the right track.
FACING THE NEW NORMAL
I am called to listen with Jesus, allow Him to work in others and myself, and allow trust and love to flow freely.
THIRSTING FOR THE ONE WHO THIRSTS FOR US
Jesus knows that to be with us means meeting us in our deserts, wherever we’re thirsting.
GENEROUS LOVE
TRUST AND HOPE CHANGES OUR PERSPECTIVE
The lulls and decrescendos of our life blind us from recognizing God’s beauty and grace that are sometimes right in front of us.
SWEEPING TRUST
For the first time, in a long time, as human beings, we are given a chance to see one another genuinely and stoke the embers of connection.
WHO’S IN THE SPOTLIGHT?
I’m slowly starting to believe that every time I say YES to God, I am saying YES to myself and the deepest desire of my heart.
YELLING ISN’T HELPING
Jesus desires a life for me that is overflowing with forgiveness and mercy.
GRACE OF FAILURE
Perhaps the challenge to be perfectly merciful is also a beckoning to receive mercy in greater measure.
RECONCILIATION NOT CONDEMNATION
The love of Christ freely given to us each and every day shows us that true reconciliation is possible.
WHOLE HEARTED
Instead of imagining God somewhere off in the distance, judging my worth, I imagine God sitting beside me at the kitchen table.
